1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Rajasthan Bazaar is subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Safety Guidelines, Refund Policy and any additional rules displayed for a particular service.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account, publish content, make a payment or continue using the platform.

We may update these Terms when platform features, pricing, security requirements or business practices change. The updated version will become effective when published on Rajasthan Bazaar, unless a different effective date is specified.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use paid services, publish commercial content or enter into a transaction through Rajasthan Bazaar.

• Users below 18 years of age may use general browsing features only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
• Matrimony profiles may only be created for individuals who are at least 18 years old.
• Business, employment and professional-service posts must be submitted by an authorised person.
• Users must not create accounts using false identities, stolen information or another person's contact details without permission.

3 Registration and User Accounts

Some Rajasthan Bazaar services require registration and email or OTP verification. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and OTP.
• Preventing unauthorised access to your account.
• Keeping your email address and mobile number updated.
• All content and activity performed through your account.
• Informing Rajasthan Bazaar promptly about suspected account misuse.

You may not sell, rent, transfer or share your account with another person. Rajasthan Bazaar may request verification information before approving sensitive profiles or restoring restricted accounts.

4 Role of Rajasthan Bazaar

Rajasthan Bazaar primarily acts as a technology and information platform through which users can publish, search and communicate about products, jobs, properties, services, businesses and opportunities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Rajasthan Bazaar is not the seller, purchaser, employer, recruitment agency, property broker, service provider, matrimonial agency, medical provider or legal adviser in transactions between users.

Rajasthan Bazaar does not automatically guarantee:

• The identity, qualification or authority of every user.
• The accuracy of every advertisement or profile.
• The quality, safety or legality of an advertised product.
• The ownership or legal status of a property.
• The authenticity of an employment opportunity.
• The successful completion of a transaction or relationship.

5 Listings and User-Generated Content

When publishing a listing, job, profile, service, business, property, discussion or other content, you confirm that:

• You are authorised to publish the information.
• The title, description, images, price and location are accurate.
• The content does not intentionally mislead or deceive users.
• You have permission to use all uploaded photographs and documents.
• The listing complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
• The contact information belongs to you or is used with permission.

You remain the owner of your original content. However, by publishing it on Rajasthan Bazaar, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, resize, format, distribute and promote that content for operating and marketing the platform.

Rajasthan Bazaar may adjust formatting, image dimensions, headings, categories, location tags or search metadata without changing the material meaning of your submission.

6 Prohibited Content and Activities

Users must not publish, promote, request, sell or distribute content that is illegal, fraudulent, dangerous, abusive or unsuitable for the platform.

Users must not scrape data, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, manipulate views, create artificial reviews, misuse OTP systems or operate automated accounts without written permission.

7 Free Postings, Plans and Credits

Rajasthan Bazaar may provide free postings, welcome credits, monthly allowances or promotional access. The exact allowance displayed in the user's account or pricing page will apply at the time of use.

Paid plans may provide a specific number of classified, property, job or contact-request credits for a defined validity period.

Free benefits, prices, plan features, credit quantities and validity periods may be changed for future purchases. Changes will not reduce credits already validly purchased, except where required to prevent misuse or comply with law.

8 Payments, Coupons and Refunds

Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another authorised payment service. Rajasthan Bazaar does not request users to share card passwords, UPI PINs, CVV numbers or OTPs with our representatives.

• Plan activation is subject to successful payment confirmation.
• Coupon codes are subject to validity, usage and eligibility limits.
• Only one coupon may be accepted per transaction unless stated otherwise.
• Coupons have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
• Failed, cancelled or incomplete payments do not create credits.

Refunds

Because digital credits and publishing access may be activated immediately, payments are generally non-refundable after credits have been issued or used. A refund may be considered where:

• The same payment was charged more than once.
• Payment succeeded but credits were not activated due to a technical error.
• Rajasthan Bazaar is unable to provide the purchased service.
• A refund is otherwise required under applicable law.

Refund requests should include the registered email, payment ID, order ID and transaction date. Approval remains subject to verification and the applicable Refund Policy.

9 Matrimony Profiles and Secure Chat

Matrimony users must provide truthful personal information and must not create a profile without the knowledge and permission of the person represented.

Rajasthan Bazaar may provide free profile creation and free in-platform chat. A separate fee may apply when requesting another user's phone number or direct contact information.

Contact-Sharing Restrictions

To protect user privacy and preserve the platform contact-request process, matrimony chat may automatically detect and block:

• Phone numbers written using digits.
• Phone numbers separated by spaces, dots or hyphens.
• Hindi, English or Devanagari number words.
• Email addresses and website links.
• WhatsApp, Telegram or social-media usernames.
• Requests to call or contact outside the platform.

A message that violates these rules may be blocked, recorded for moderation and result in the conversation or account being restricted. Repeated attempts may lead to permanent suspension.

Users should independently verify identity, family information, age, marital status, education, employment and other claims before making personal or financial decisions.

10 Jobs and Recruitment

Employers must publish genuine vacancies and accurately disclose the job role, location, employment type, qualification, salary range and application process wherever applicable.

Employers must not demand unlawful fees, deposits or payments from job seekers. Job seekers should verify the employer before attending interviews, sharing documents, travelling or making any payment.

Rajasthan Bazaar does not guarantee employment, candidate performance, salary payment, interview selection or the legitimacy of every employer. Users remain responsible for their own due diligence.

11 Property and Rental Listings

A person publishing property content must be the owner, authorised representative, broker or agent permitted to advertise the property.

Property users should independently verify:

• Ownership and title documents.
• Identity and authority of the seller, landlord or agent.
• Applicable permissions and government records.
• Physical condition, location, boundaries and measurements.
• Outstanding loans, disputes, taxes or encumbrances.
• Rental terms, deposits, brokerage and maintenance charges.

Rajasthan Bazaar is not responsible for ownership disputes, document defects, possession issues, brokerage disagreements or payments made between users.

12 Moderation, Approval and Verification

User content may be placed in pending status for admin review. Rajasthan Bazaar may approve, reject, edit, pause, expire, mark as sold, remove or restrict content where reasonably necessary.

Moderation action may be taken for:

• Violation of these Terms or platform policies.
• Inaccurate, duplicate or suspicious information.
• User complaints or legal requests.
• Fraud, impersonation or safety concerns.
• Expired listings or inactive contact information.
• Technical, security or quality-control reasons.

Rajasthan Bazaar is not obligated to publish every submission. Payment for a plan does not guarantee approval of content that violates platform rules.

13 User Safety and Transactions

Users communicate and transact at their own discretion. To reduce risk, users should:

• Meet unknown persons in safe and public locations.
• Inspect products before making full payment.
• Avoid transferring money merely to reserve an item.
• Never disclose OTP, UPI PIN, password, CVV or card details.
• Verify employers before sharing identity documents.
• Verify property documents before paying a token or deposit.
• Use qualified professionals for health, legal and financial advice.
• Report suspicious listings or messages immediately.

Rajasthan Bazaar may provide report, block, verification and complaint tools, but no safety system can eliminate every risk created by third-party users.

14 Intellectual Property Rights

The Rajasthan Bazaar name, logo, website design, software, databases, graphics, arrangement, original text and platform features belong to Rajasthan Bazaar or their respective licensors.

Users may not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer, resell, frame, republish or commercially exploit platform materials without prior written permission.

If you believe that content published on Rajasthan Bazaar infringes your copyright, trademark or other rights, submit a complaint with sufficient identification and supporting information.

15 Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Rajasthan Bazaar is provided on an “as available” basis. We aim to maintain platform availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation or permanent preservation of every listing or message.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rajasthan Bazaar will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from:

• User-generated content or third-party conduct.
• Transactions, employment, property or service disputes.
• Fraudulent communication outside the platform.
• Loss of business, opportunity, profit, data or reputation.
• Temporary downtime, technical failures or third-party services.
• Reliance on information published by another user.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16 Suspension and Termination

Rajasthan Bazaar may warn, restrict, suspend or terminate an account where a user:

• Violates these Terms or applicable policies.
• Engages in fraud, abuse, spam or impersonation.
• Attempts to bypass payment or contact-sharing restrictions.
• Creates repeated fake or duplicate listings.
• Threatens other users or platform staff.
• Creates security or legal risk for the platform.

Users may request account deletion through available account or support options. Certain records may be retained where necessary for security, transaction history, dispute handling or legal compliance.

17 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Users should first contact Rajasthan Bazaar support and provide a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be reviewed and resolved.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to Rajasthan Bazaar will be submitted to the competent courts having jurisdiction in Rajasthan, India.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
