Is Rajasthan Bazaar free for customers?
Yes. B2C customer accounts can browse, search, save favourites, post buyer requirements and chat with businesses without buying a marketplace plan.
How can a business publish products or services?
Register or use a B2B Business account. Businesses receive the configured monthly free listing allowance and can upgrade to a paid B2B plan for additional listing credits.
How do I contact a seller safely?
Use Rajasthan Bazaar marketplace chat. Email may be visible where enabled. To see a private seller mobile number, use Request Number in chat and wait for the seller to approve the request.
How does business verification work?
B2B businesses can submit business, GST, Udyam/MSME or address proof privately. Admin or moderator reviews the proof and only the approved trust badge is displayed publicly.
How do Buyer Requirements and RFQ work?
A customer posts what they need, including location, quantity and optional budget. Relevant B2B businesses can send quotations, and the customer can compare and accept a quotation.
How are paid B2B plans activated?
When manual QR/UPI payment is enabled, the customer submits the payment reference/UTR and screenshot. Credits are activated only after Master Admin verifies and approves the payment.
Does Rajasthan Bazaar ask for OTP or UPI PIN?
No. Never share your OTP, password, CVV, banking PIN or UPI PIN with another user or anyone claiming to represent Rajasthan Bazaar.
Can I install Rajasthan Bazaar like an app?
When supported by your browser, use the Install App or Add to Home Screen option. Push notifications can be enabled after the administrator configures web push.
